These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of growmyaffiliates.com (the “Site”), operated by Grow My Affiliates (“Grow My Affiliates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Website purpose
The Site provides general information about affiliate growth strategy, technical setup, partner recruitment, enablement, campaign execution, affiliate management, related services, case studies, and educational content. Site content is for general business information and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.
2. Service engagements
Submitting a form, sending an email, attending a call, or receiving a proposal does not create a client relationship. Services begin only after the parties enter into a separate written agreement, statement of work, or accepted proposal that states the scope, fees, responsibilities, timing, and other applicable terms. If a service agreement conflicts with these Site Terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.
3. No guarantee of results
Affiliate and marketing results vary based on product quality, market demand, pricing, commission structure, conversion rate, brand reputation, partner fit, promotional effort, seasonality, attribution, legal compliance, and factors outside our control. Past performance and case-study outcomes do not guarantee future sales, revenue, affiliates, leads, launch results, rankings, or return on investment.
Unless expressly stated in a signed service agreement, we do not guarantee that any prospect will join a program, promote a product, generate traffic, or create a sale.
4. Case studies and performance statements
Case studies describe particular projects and outcomes supplied or approved for publication. They may summarize complex work and omit confidential details. Product names, logos, and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. Outcomes should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed.
5. Affiliate and advertising compliance
Clients, affiliates, and users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, program terms, advertising standards, endorsement disclosure requirements, privacy rules, anti-spam laws, intellectual-property rights, and consumer-protection obligations.
Nothing on the Site authorizes deceptive claims, undisclosed endorsements, false scarcity, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, unauthorized brand bidding, spam, unlawful scraping, incentive abuse, self-referrals where prohibited, misrepresentation, or manipulation of attribution. In the United States, affiliates should make clear and conspicuous disclosures of material connections consistent with Federal Trade Commission guidance.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, or bypass security or access controls.
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract Site content or personal information without written permission.
- Copy, republish, sell, license, or create derivative commercial works from substantial Site content except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, product, audience, or intended use.
- Submit confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.
7. Intellectual property
The Site design, original copy, graphics, brand elements, code, organization, and other materials created by or for Grow My Affiliates are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for your internal, lawful business evaluation.
Third-party product names, logos, screenshots, trademarks, and other materials are owned by their respective holders. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
8. Submissions and feedback
You retain ownership of information you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide it. You grant us permission to use submissions as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, provide requested services, secure our systems, and comply with law, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
If you voluntarily provide non-confidential feedback about the Site or our services, we may use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Third-party websites and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, products, affiliate platforms, scheduling tools, payment providers, or social services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, content, terms, or privacy practices. Access them at your own risk.
10. Site availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability. We may correct errors and update content without notice.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROW MY AFFILIATES AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grow My Affiliates and its owners, personnel, contractors, and providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or information you submit without authority.
14. Governing terms and disputes
A signed client service agreement may specify governing law, venue, and dispute procedures for that engagement. For Site use not covered by a service agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Grow My Affiliates is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally, except where immediate injunctive relief may be appropriate.
15. Electronic communications
When you contact us electronically, you consent to receive electronic responses related to your inquiry. Marketing messages, if any, will be sent only as permitted by applicable law, and you may unsubscribe from promotional email.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest permissible extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
